About Simply Country Crafts

Our business was "born in a barn" - so to speak. We started business in 1999 when my daugher decided to buy a fiber processing mill.

We were making yarns, rovings and fine woolen finished items for customers and needed a place to sell our own items from- Thus was born : "Simply Country"

We built the store at the end of the huge old barn on our farm on the actual foundation of the old grainery and shed. We sold our yarns and fine finished items and decided to expand to include other fine gifts and home decor items.

My husband has a sawmill so all the lumber for the store was made by him. My son is a carpenter and he built the store for us. One daughter also makes picture frames, rustic furniture and more out of old barn boards and some of Dad's nice lumber.

Together we are a crafty family with many talents, given to us by the Lord. We try to use what He has given us to His glory.
